Example monthly scope and acceptance
Before each cycle we agree channels, formats, asset count, deadlines and approvers. This illustrates how a scope is documented. We agree each scope individually. Company inputs are the current offer, sales questions, project material cleared for publication and access to an expert.
Monthly deliverables are an approved editorial plan, agreed assets linked to their sources, a publication register with URLs, company knowledge updates and a report covering planned versus delivered work, blockers, available data and next-month decisions. Acceptance checks scope, factual accuracy, approval and publishing status. We measure and report lead volume. We do not guarantee it in the contract.
A named company owner maintains offer changes; we maintain the agreed calendar and assets. Paid campaigns and ad spend, photo shoots, video, new websites, CRM integrations and sales operations are not automatically included. Each addition requires separate agreement.
The proposal states which licences and tools are included and which the company pays for. SyncBooster, other subscriptions, model usage and additional contractors are separated from marketing management. We agree accounts, usage limits and access after the engagement before starting, and each cost is itemised separately.
