The short answer: what it costs

On the Polish market, editing one reel from ready footage costs from a few dozen to a few hundred zloty, depending mostly on who edits, how fast they deliver and how many reels you buy at once. With us a single reel costs PLN 199 net, and from PLN 159 net per reel in a monthly package. That is the mid segment, with a dedicated editor, a consistent brand look and fast, reliable delivery.

Four price bands for reel editing in Poland

We reviewed public price lists of Polish providers and tools in October 2026. Prices are given as the providers gave them, so some are net and some gross. Treat them as a guide, not as an offer.

What drives the price of editing a reel

Two reels from the same footage can have very different prices. These factors usually decide.

Reel length and the amount of raw footage to review. Some providers add a charge for every second over the limit.
The number of cuts and the type of captions: plain, animated, in brand colours.
The number of revision rounds included. Usually one, rarely two.
Deadline. Express delivery under 48 hours can cost 50-100% more.
Licensed music for business accounts and the rights to the finished files.
Volume. The more reels a month, the lower the price per reel.

Our prices, net and gross

The price includes Polish captions, a strong opening, an end card, a cover, royalty-free music or a version without music, and a revision. A finished reel runs up to 60 seconds. For one reel you send up to 10 minutes of recordings, and we pick the best moments from them.

A test reel is PLN 99 net, a single reel is PLN 199 net (PLN 244.77 gross). We credit the test reel amount against the first package bought within 14 days.

How to compare offers from different providers

What it adds up to per month

At 4 reels a month you pay PLN 756 net, at 8 reels PLN 1,432 net, at 16 reels PLN 2,704 net, and at 30 reels PLN 4,770 net. Add-ons are priced separately: express 24 hours is +100% on the reel price, a post caption with hashtags +PLN 15 net per reel, and a 16:9 or 1:1 version +PLN 60 net.

Questions before getting started

How much does reel editing for Instagram cost?

With us PLN 199 net for a single reel and from PLN 159 net per reel in a monthly package. On the market, prices for the editor’s work alone start at a few dozen zloty and reach a few hundred.

Are prices net or gross?

We give net prices and add 23% VAT, so PLN 199 net is PLN 244.77 gross. In the price list we show the gross amount next to the net one.

Do I have to buy a package?

No. You can order one test reel or a single reel. A package is cheaper per reel and runs for one month, so you can stop before the next one.

Is there a surcharge for a longer reel?

A reel up to 60 seconds is included. A reel up to 90 seconds costs PLN 20 net more.
