How to publish consistently in B2B social media

B2B companies often have enough knowledge to publish. They lack a simple way to collect source material and make decisions on time.

01

Build a stable source list

List places where knowledge naturally appears: sales meetings, projects, customer questions, implementation, production, service, events and product development. Define a simple route for sharing a photo or short note from each source.

02

Plan topics before finished posts

A multi-week calendar should contain the topic, objective, source, channel and owner. Complete copy can be prepared closer to publication when current material is available. This preserves direction while leaving room for real events.

03

Set a minimum cadence

Choose a cadence the company can maintain for three months. Two consistent publications per week can build more knowledge and a stronger process than an ambitious launch that ends after several days.

04

Shorten approval

Define content types requiring subject matter, legal or leadership review. Other material can use previously approved context and rules. One person should hold final decision authority within an agreed response time.

05

Adapt material to the channel

One idea can work in several places, yet the audience and channel behavior differ. Preserve the fact and core message while adapting the opening, length, format and call to action.

06

Review the system as well as post results

Each month, review consistency, source volume, approval time, postponed topics and audience response. One publication result is a signal, while improving the complete process builds the company ability to learn over time.

Let’s identify the right starting point.
